A beautiful possessió, traditional Majorcan farm estate
This Finca is very important when talking about the history of Mallorca. It was founded by Oliver de Termes, Knight of King James I (Rey Jaime I), who in the 13th century took part in the conquest of Mallorca. Since then, the finca has been and is a relevant model of Majorcan culture and gastronomy.
It is a “possessió” (a large Majorcan estate) that has always adapted to the times without ever losing its natural elegance and beauty and has always preserved the special attributes of an aristocratic mountain finca (rural property).
It has been dedicated to the world of banquets, receptions, incentives and the commercial presentation of products since 1966.
With several fully furnished dining and event rooms that can cater for 10 to 1,500 guests, this is the perfect place to make your event special and unique. All of its lounges are equipped with air conditioning, adjustable lighting, ambient music and WC’s.
